Produced in the late 1960s during the transitional years when Levi’s phased out the “XX” suffix on their model numbers. Depending on the missing tag, this piece would have originally been marked either 557XX or simply 557. Orange/copper thread stitching under pocket flap. 
Note missing pocket button.
